Hi there, I have been a health enthusiast for as long as I can remember. It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with a severe case of celiac disease, however, that I began immersing myself in the nutrition research and relevant literature. Soon I realized my idea of “health” was all wrong. My struggling health paradigm was steered by commercial influence and bad science.
The credible research articles I uncovered painted a completely different picture from what I had been accustomed to. It took me nearly a decade of trial and error with different foods and lifestyle habits before I was able to regain my health. I developed this blog and YouTube channel to communicate my findings and my experience to those who may also be struggling with their health and nutrition.
